Psychic Mind Body Spirit Energy

Humans have energy. There is the well understood energy we get from water and foods and there is the mysterious energy, or psychic mind, body, and spirit energy we have in us that is harder to define. This spiritual energy has been called chi, prana, and etheric energy by various authorities on the subject. If you want to know how to increase your own vital inner energy read on.
Our modern society is built on logic and reasoning. This is good as it allows us to enjoy a high level of material comfort. We can get better at tuning into our feelings. We can get better at tuning into our intuition and make wiser choices. Here are some practical mind, body, and spirit solutions:
1. Declutter Your Associates. What I am talking about here are the associates who drain you, who take energy more than they give, and the psychic vampires who drain you on purpose.
We believe it is nice to keep all of our friends for life. We want to have caring, compassionate, and respectful associates in all walks of life. It pays to review friends for the energy they have and the psychic vibrations they bring into your life. It makes living life more fun. Dare, I say, a lot easier.
Taking stock of and reviewing all of our current friends and associates allows us to show the universe how much we respect our own inner energy. By being respectful of our inner mind and spirit our energy begins to grow in positive directions.
2. Develop Personal Good Habits. We all do actions that create positive energy. Talking to upbeat people, walking in the fresh air, and reading inspiring materials are all positive.
3. Develop a Spiritual Practice. Meditation, prayer, and community works are examples of deeper meaningful actions expressed into life. Everyone has their favorite as no two people are alike. Pursue personal growth actions that mean something to you. This is a favorite among many to increase inner psychic energy.
It is a fun way to live.
4. Carry Crystals. Crystal like the black tourmaline deflect negative energy back to its source. They work well when you carry them in your pocket or wear them. Many who work on developing their psychic mind, body, and spirit energy carry black tourmaline crystals.

You Owe It To Yourself To Take Care Of Your Mind, Body, Spirit

Have you seen articles about the rate of obesity in America? The Journal of American Medical Association (JAMA) states, one in three adults and one in six kids and teens are obese. This is not good because medical cost are skyrocketing and this means fewer people will be able to afford medical cost in the future.
It is time to get selfish about taking care of our mind, body and spirit. Case in point, how can we help our spouse and or children if we become obese and ultimately have poor health?
While in high school, prior to ever driving my dads car or owning and driving my own car in the 11th grade, I was in fantastic physical shape.
Why? Walking keeps me in good physical shape as it does for many people.
Ultimately I purchased my own car, had a part-time job and spent less time walking. As for taking care of your body, I highly recommend visiting your doctor first and get a comprehensive examination, from head to toe. The bottom line is if you spend 30 minutes a day for three days a week walking, stretching, running, workout on a treadmill, weight lifting and or playing an organized sport. Physical exercise is time well spent and is a better investment than an expense healthcare program because it is a preventive measure.
Lastly, and arguably one of the most important aspects of mind, body and spirit is spirit. Why?
Taking care of our spirit may entail prayer, meditation, fellowship with others, and calling upon our creator for direction. Spirit represents a trinity of ones being and is a key indicator of people taking priority of their life.
Make yourself the top priority of your life and watch how much better your life will be. When the mind, body and spirit is aligned, life takes on a whole new meaning, its get better and better.

Making the Connection – Mind, Body, Spirit

Did you know that when you experience pain either physically or mentally–any pain–it is your body’s way of communicating with you? Have you ever considered that the origin of this pain may not be connected to the specific part of your body experiencing the pain? Have you ever wondered if the origin of the pain may be connected to another time or experience in your life that you have forgotten?
Through pain, your body is working to get your attention. Your body is resilient and has an incredible capacity to handle stress and emotional issues, it can absorb a lot. When you deny your emotional issues or ignore the fact that your body is stressed out; sooner or later your body breaks down and you experience the pain–diagnosed as migraine headaches, MS, Lupus, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, Cancer, Diabetes, TMJ, PMS, and the list goes on.
Whether you pretend you’re OK or not, over a period of time, your body just breaks down. You can give your body a break by beginning to resolve those emotional issues, which are hurting you.
When you experience a pain in your neck, make the connection. Your neck is where your power to speak resides–the throat chakra. The question is–Are you expressing your truth? Your throat chakra is connected to your feet. Who is being a pain in the neck? If you are not addressing your truth, you will get stuck or blocked in life and you will not move forward productively. “I will avoid pain, grief, stress, misery.” Knee pain (problems) originates in the shoulders. Shoulders represent our ability to carry our experiences in life joyously. If you feel responsible for everyone in your life, that’s a lot of weight and molecules to ‘shoulder.’ Why have surgery to repair or replace your knee(s), when you can eliminate the burden from your knees–and shoulders–and free yourself of the excess weight? Sinus medicine cannot clear your first chakra of emotional issues lodged in your sinus cavities. Herbal supplements can support your immune system so it can do its job, but you still need to clear the emotional issues to completely eliminate sinus issues. Your jaws are connected to your generative chakra–hips. So if you are experiencing TMJ or any jaw misalignment–listen to your truth–Who/what are you angry at? What are you creating? Are you clenching your jaws or grinding your teeth–thus blocking yourself from creating a more fulfilling life.
Pay attention to the response. Expand on that thought. Notice if the pain you were experiencing has subsided or is completely gone. If the pain has subsided or is completely gone–you can be certain you have the right answer. If not, continue to explore and ask the question–What is the pain about? Many people want guidance in perfecting this technique and seek professional help. Mind, Body, Spirit healing is the most effective modality in facilitating or teaching this process.

The Mind-Body-Spirit Diet

The Mind-Body-Spirit diet isn’t just a normal ‘diet’, infact it isn’t so much a diet, but more a long-term plan that can help you lose weight and keep the weight off. I must warn you, if you’re the kind of person that loves eating big amounts of food without thinking twice about the consequences then this diet will be challenging (to start off with). However, if you are serious about losing weight and/or maintaining your weight then this “diet” is for you.
First of all, you may be wondering a little bit about this diet (or perhaps you’re thinking ‘shut up and get to the point’, in which I would be thinking too, if I were you.. but I promise I’ll get there..). Here are some questions and answers:
Question: How long am I to go on this diet before I see results? [EAT WHATEVER YOU DESIRE] but…
1) Think-before-you-eat
Before you consume such a food, think about how it makes you feel afterwards. It may make you feel groggy afterwards… so is it worth consuming? 2) Decide if you really want it or you are just consuming it because of boredom? Empty calories on empty time don’t equal fun. 3) Have small portions
If you have smaller portions of the food you love then not only will you not be overdoing it but you’ll be valueing it so much more because you know there is only a small amount infront of you.
4) Balance your meals
If you feel like pancakes for breakfast then whats stopping you? This way you are helping to get all food groups into your diet and aren’t fulling your body of unwanted fat/sugar.
5) Eat till you are satisfied. You should eat till you are satisfied. 6) Eat slowly and thoughtfully
Which means don’t scoff your food down and don’t do other things will eating food (such as driving, watching tv or going on the computer). Enjoy your food – every mouthful.
Because whats the point of eating it when it doesn’t taste as good anymore? By this point you would have been satisfied.

Mind Body Spirit Health, Do You Know How to Keep All Three Healthy?

Here are some ways we can create our mind body spirit health and keep all three healthy. Making sure our three bodies are working at their top performance is essential for good health.

Our first part of mind body spirit health is our mind, subconscious or emotional body, this body works invisibly to help us achieve our goals in life. We have control over it to some degree and are able to reprogram it to help us achieve what we desire most.

Our emotional body

We need to keep our subconscious body healthy by keeping good relationships and fixing broken ones. If we keep hold of old broken relationships and don’t try to fix them, either by healing the relationship or by forgiving and then forgetting the relationship then our emotional body still feels hurt, and the hurt can cause other problems.

Another thing about our subconscious body is that it keeps thousands upon thousands of situations and thoughts inside itself. If any of these thoughts or situations are not fulfilled or completed then we are renting rent-free space in our brain for those hurtful or unfulfilled things. If we can complete those things or forgive and forget, we can open our emotional body to better and greater things to come.

One way to help our emotional body is by talking to ourselves in a mirror. This may sound funny at first but it is a very good way of helping our emotional body in its health. We can start out by asking ourselves

“How are you today?” and “It is good to see you again.” Then we can start by saying “I would like to complement you today on…” We then start to list all the things that we have accomplished today. They can be very little things like going for a walk, or chewing our food properly so that our digestion will work better, or that we made a step towards a better relationship with someone, or that we are doing more exercise, or we are completing one of our goals.

Our emotional body loves hearing all these praises and it will thank us afterwards by giving us a happy and satisfied feeling. After we are finished talking to our emotional body, we can tell ourselves in the mirror that we love ourselves.

Having a healthy respect for our self is a very important part of mind body spirit health. Telling our emotional body we love ourselves, helps a great deal in balancing our bodies, because many times we may feel that our life is missing love, or friendship, or we may be unsatisfied with our physical body and because of that unsatisfied feeling, our emotional body is affected.

However, when we tell ourselves that we care and we do love ourselves our emotional body becomes happier and is then more willing to listen to our needs.

Next on our list of mind body spirit health is our physical body. This is a very important part because our physical body has a big affect on our emotional body as well.

Our physical body.

We need to keep our physical body fit, strong, and healthy by doing daily exercises, by eating right and by doing our best to live a stress free lifestyle. If we can achieve these things, our physical body will be in top shape. We will feel full of life, energy, vigor, strength and confidence.

Our emotional body will thank us for our efforts because from having, a well toned and healthy body, we create good remarks and admiration from others. We also have good sex appeal. Our emotional body loves these things, so by keeping our physical body healthy we start to help our emotional body as well.

The last part of our mind body spirit health exercise is to help our spiritual body. Doing this will greatly help the other two bodies work together nicely.

Our spiritual body

We can keep our spiritual body happy by giving in charity to others in need, by being kind and humble to others, by praising God or the universe, by setting an example for others to follow.

Anything that we can do that will help others in living better, in feeling better and in learning more about God or the universe makes the soul happier. Our souls are happiest when they are in tune with God or the universe. So, by doing acts of kindness and charity to the less fortunate ones, we can further our progress towards the greater good.

If we can practice on a daily basis, be kind to everyone, be humble to others, and learn to forgive and forget, our souls will develop a great happiness, which will help us to become balanced in all three of our bodies.

Mind, Body, Spirit, and Emotions As One

Participating in a course “Inspirational Leaders” our assignments including reading and selecting a word-a-day from Spirit at Work Cards: Bringing Spirit and Values to Work by Lance H.K. Secretan. It is interesting how this book and the vocabulary concepts presented within fit right into my 365 Words for 2015 project. While some mornings I hit the floor running with enormous ideas for writing and the letters just spill across the page, on other mornings I seek inspiration. Today that arrived bound in the word congruency.

A congruent character places trust and honesty at the forefront of every situation. The mind is aligned not only with the tasks at hand – work, family, friendship, product development – but with the advantages and disadvantages that the task holds for each stakeholder. I may declare a vacation in Hawaii is the best chance for family reunification but without planning and interactive discussion I may discover twenty people jammed into sardine-sized rooms while rain pours, liquor decants, and arguments discharge. Such drizzle on paradise is not beneficial to anyone. My mind created a terrific scenario but my spirit failed to touch and tap into the lives and feelings of others.

Body entails seizing all that is within and putting it forward. My mind designed a vision of perfection, my body and internal tickings must combine to carry it out. We have decided to remodel a house for out neighbors. She just returned from knee surgery so the steps are a disaster; he suffers dementia and the twists, turns, and torn carpet jumble his steps and his thinking. I must possess a roadmap for our work, plus it is essential to include everyone in the blueprint to achieve success. Our minds combine as our bodies unite to produce. Organization reigns and dedication sees the job from start to finish. Mind and body are congruent in goals and aspirations. We are reaching out to help others, while making certain that ours is the desired help needed.

Along with mind and body is the essence of spirit. Our spirits drive us with determination to help others with little attention to personal gain. I say little attention because when we work for the common good, there is definitely much that the soul earns. The rewards are not monetary, although money can be accepted as it can then be transferred into a new project. As far as personal richness, that blossoms in the depths of the heart, the core of the individual. The spirit when given in totality seems to regenerate energy with each movement and step. The mind may tire, the body grow weary, but the spirit powers on. It is important to examine feelings of exasperation and frustration to determine their root. Often it is not that the product or project is not good or that the mind and the body were misaligned but that the spirit lacked the fortitude to accomplish the greatest ends.

Finally, into the mind/body/spirit mix come emotions. I view emotions as those thoughts and feelings that escape, whether through a slow simmer or busting burst to energize or deflate. Emotions intertwine our passions and reactions, our sentiments and sense of excitement. They are contagious; extremely so. When you laugh, most often others laugh too. When you giggle, they will giggle along with you. When you scream with passionate joy, the resonance fills the air and the spirits of those with whom you work resonate. The same is true when your emotions are a drag. Your anger bites; your fury hurls ferocity into the faces of others. Wrath and vehemence destroy the best of intentions and ruin the congruency of individuals and teams, bodies and souls.

As you approach the next major objective with purpose and aspiration, outline your plan, jot possible roadblocks and detours, evaluate the bonus surprises that may just pop up along the way, and then move into congruency. This congruency includes your personal configuration and orientation as well as that of every person with whom you will come into contact. This does not mean to fall and fail because of a desire to please that only spells disaster as the project can never become more than a dim apparition. It does mean communication, interconnections, and an interwoven effort toward ultimate success.

Mind, Body, Spirit Healing vs Traditional Psychotherapy/Psychoanalysis

The word “psychology” is the combination of two terms – study (ology) and soul (psyche), or mind. The derivation of the word from Latin gives it this clear and obvious meaning:

The study of the soul or mind.

This meaning has been altered over the years until today, this is not what the word means at all. The subject of psychology, as studied in colleges and universities, currently has very little relationship with the mind, and absolutely nothing to do with the soul or spirit.

It is important to understand that words and ideas are supposed to refer to something. “The tree in the yard” refers to an actual thing that can be seen, touched and experienced. “The walking his dog at dawn” refers to an actual event that can be seen, observed and experienced. The realm of mind is an actual realm that can be experienced, and at one time there were words that accurately referred to this realm.

Dictionaries define “Psyche” as:

The spirit or soul.

The human mind.

In psychoanalysis, the mind functioning as the center of thought, emotion, and behavior.

Dictionaries define “Soul” as:

The spiritual or immortal elements in a person.
A person’s mental or moral or emotional nature.
Traditional psychotherapy/psychoanalysis fails to address the all-important relationship to one’s true spiritual nature.

Traditional spiritual practice often bypasses -and thus fails to transform – the psychological conditional patterns and unconscious beliefs that arise from our personal histories and adaptations.

In modern psychotherapy we treat symptoms because symptoms can be quantified and identified, or so it is claimed by traditional modern medical and psychiatric practices.

Thus Emotional Pain is described in terms of symptoms–Depression, Anger, Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Self-Esteem issues, Mood Swings, Compulsive Behavior, Chronic and Acute Fear, Self-Injury, Suicidal Thoughts, Shame, Guilt, Eating Disorders, or Addictions) does not heal itself. Time, marriages, children, success, wealth, buying a bigger house, or faster car, changing jobs or relocating will not CURE it. The damage is sometimes very deep, pervasive and profound. It is a soul injury. The person has been robbed of his or her integrity, core identity and trust.

Emotional, Physical or Sexual trauma in childhood is ‘violence’ that does not require force. The child is thrown into a ‘state of shock.’ For some the memories remain conscious, while others drive them beneath the conscious level. The coping mechanisms the child used are carried into adulthood and impact the person’s life on every level–Emotional, Physical, Mental, Behavioral, Spiritual, Sexual and Relationships. While these coping mechanisms were appropriate then, they are a ‘problem’ in adulthood.

Traditional mental health professionals ask: “What is wrong with you?” or “What happened to you?” Asking, “What is wrong with you?” or “What happened to you?” implies blame, sickness and fault. Asking, “What did you experience growing up?” –allows the person to begin the process of discovering the source of their pain and healing the wounds.

Traditional psychotherapy/psychoanalysis neglects the fact that we feel, sense, and experience global political mass consciousness, as well as our individual consciousness, like never before. A Mind, Body, Spirit approach addresses all three, therefore opening the door to true balance and healing.

Well-being comes from the understanding of the Self, the family, the local community in which we live, and the global community of which we are part. We are each one heart of the Whole; each heart here to express its unique piece of the Whole. Knowing Self creates a sense of “I as a piece of this Whole,” different and one at the same time. The process of understanding the Self, the family, the local community and the global community has its foundation rooted in metaphysics.

Metaphysics is the science, which investigates first causes of all existence and knowledge. It seeks to explain the nature of being, the origin and structure of the world, in relationship between the ethereal and the physical. Metaphysics holds that the soul or spirit and the physical body are one yet separate; here the applied psychology of religion comes to bear. The metaphysician’s teachings help soothe the emotional and physical problems of youth and maturity, illness and death. Herein, a transformational process occurs between the work of the Facilitator and that of the individual. Because the metaphysician or doctor of metaphysics can serve as both a facilitator as well as a source of spiritual comfort, he or she espouses universal spirituality through holistic health.

Metaphysical Healing a.k.a. Transpersonal Healing is the process of reconnecting the person with their inner being. Reconnecting can be achieved through meditation, introspection and over time accessing our inner self, however, few people have the discipline, inclination or know how to affect this process. Therefore, employing the help of a professional who practices Mind, Body Spirit Healing/Transpersonal Healing will quickly establish the foundation for empowerment, self-esteem, peace of mind and on-going spiritual and emotional growth.

The facilitation of the process is exceedingly easy. The person sits in a slightly reclined position with eyes closed while the facilitator assists the person to access their “Higher self.” The “Higher self” refers to the part of you that has the highest possible perspective of who and what you are and why you decided to be here this lifetime. Your higher self loves you more than you can possibly love yourself consciously, and strives constantly to direct your personality self. The “personality self” is who we think we need to be in order to be safe here; the opinions and instincts of our personality self have developed since the moment we individualized in the womb, and perhaps before.

The higher self has somewhat of a higher perspective of our human “doings” here. This can be likened to a view of our life path and actions from a helicopter above us. This higher self is akin to our “soul self.” I like to call it the “all seeing self”…constantly moving us around on this chessboard of life. This soul self or “higher self” knows just exactly what we need to do at any moment and strives to tell us through such things as dreams and instincts. Connecting with this “higher self” consciously is very empowering. Working with this metaphysical principle is often called “transpersonal” because it transports us to a direct contact with the highest part of ourselves. Consciously connecting the higher self, the subconscious mind, and the conscious mind allows us to have a balanced and complete metaphysical healing. (The subconscious mind is the inductive computer that cannot deduct, but merely remembers all perceptions we have ever had, from any lifetime.)

Metaphysical and Mind, Body, Spirit Healing

In metaphysical healing, the Facilitator assists the person to connect with the three major parts of themselves–mind, body, spirit, and to go back to the inner child, or “child of the inner light.” All things came from light, so internally we are all light, no matter what camouflage (depression, anxiety, panic attacks, anger, shame, guilt, sadness, eating disorders, substance abuse, etc.) we have adopted to keep our “inner child” safe. We ourselves often do not know any of this consciously, but when you learn it, and consciously give this “trilogy” our empowerment to act in our lives, amazing healing occurs. This is true spiritual healing.

We have many bodies that all empathize and work to help one another. The physical is the lowest or most “base” of these bodies, so that when these different bodies have problems that hurt us, they eventually show up in this body. Since all the bodies help each other by drawing attention to some special part of us, we cannot avoid dealing with a problem. The soul directs the attention there by running the “most powerful” emotional experience over and over again – at least vibrationally – so that we will eventually “get it” and look for the original cause…

In this the soul reclaiming technique of looking for the damaged “inner child” becomes very important. This is because when we are hurt too badly we sort of “splinter off” or “cocoon” into the child we are at that moment of the most hurt and dis-empowered self. The person we are just continues on doing the best we can to grow and develop. When we become strong enough, the soul urge to become “whole ” again becomes empowered, seeks out the means by which we can “reclaim” this “inner child,” who seeks to help us become whole again.

Metaphysical healing is a very simple process, though its explanation is lengthy. We consciously know of this child part of us and it’s pain inside. Unfortunately, we are seldom given the tools with which to reclaim this part of us and unite this inner child with the person we have become now… This transpersonal healing is very complete, much easier and more efficient than you can believe, and wonderfully fulfilling. This is the original abandonment: when we separate off from ourselves because we simply are seeking to learn and grow and the lesson seems way too hard, we become “segmented off,” less powerful, and believe we have to be victims. We are all very powerful, incredible “beings of Light,” and it is time we took control of that loving power and help each other heal and recognize the beauty of all our “inner child self;” help them become reclaimed and we, therefore, become whole, healed, beautiful beings with a higher perspective of our true spiritual wholeness. Only then, can we accomplish what we have come here to do and recognize our soul’s real purpose for being here at this time.

The benefits of healing are all encompassing. In working with people for 23 years, I have learned, no matter how urgent or grim a person’s predicament seems to be, I know without doubt if they are WILLING to do the mental work of going within to release old beliefs, feelings, thought patterns and forgiving, anything can be healed. The belief that some issues or conditions are ‘incurable’ whether it is emotions or physical illness, which is so frightening to so many people, only means that the particular issue or condition cannot be cured by ‘outer’ methods and that the person needs to GO WITHIN to effect the healing.

Whether the issue is anger, sadness, fear, guilt, shame, or humiliation there is a negative thought pattern that produces them–thus these consistent thinking patterns create our experiences. A condition can be as annoying as acne or as dreaded and frightening as the ‘C’ word–Cancer. By changing our thought patterns, we can change our experience, thus healing the condition. The issue or condition came from the inner trauma the person experienced and can be healed–never to return again.

Mind-Body-Spirit Wellness And The Search For Powerful New Health

The mind-body-spirit debate has developed into a well known researched fact over the past decade. While there has always been some amount of contribution given to the mindset of any patient, only recently has the concept of caring for the “entire self” become a common practice in today’s modern medicine and prevention programs. Mind-body-spirit wellness has reached new levels of inclusive factors for today’s health conscious individuals. Holistic health has finally reached acceptance in many offices of doctors and practitioners of medicine.

The power of caring for one’s entire body is really quite impressively powerful. Individuals who have opted for total mind-body-spirit wellness have been able to determine great levels of health and energy within their own framework by allowing their entire being into account. Studies on the power of the mind have shown some shocking results, the effects have been proven to be of course, mind-blowing.

Holistic health is essential in providing high quality total care for your self, your family, and your overall well being. Studies have proven that holistic health practices have dramatically reduced the number and frequency of illnesses related to common every day exposure. School children living in mind-body-spirit wellness focused homes miss less than half of the school days due to illness than that of their classmates still living in traditional Western medicine focused homes.

Accounts of real world individuals being able to provide testimony to the effects of holistic health practices on their daily lives are continuously increasing. Many individuals offer that the mind-body-spirit wellness approach to life has given them not only their physical health back, but their emotional health as well. For those who place more emphasis on the testimony of physicians and health care practitioners, there are an increasing number of offices that practice mind-body-spirit wellness as part of their routine care.

Holistic health and the mind-body-spirit wellness approach to life has also opened up a while new industry for the entrepreneurial spirit. Many manufacturers feel that it has been nothing short of a blessing to fully endorse their product without doubting the word of their advertisers. There is a vast and endless ocean of new and improved products which adhere to holistic health practices and principles which have emerged onto the market as of late, and for the most part, these products actually do what they say they are going to do. Of course, we wouldn’t be an enterprising society if a few unscrupulous manufacturers didn’t sneak in there for their piece of this multi billion dollar industry. Our culture responded appropriately by deeming specific authorities on the topic to be the final word in quality and effectiveness.

By developing institutes that focus completely on mind-body-spirit wellness and awareness, there has been a successful and remarkable overhaul in the basic integrity of holistic health materials and products. While of course there are still some scam factories out there, the vast majority of holistic health companies want to be part of this ever growing, popular, and health enhancing trend that is changing the lives and souls of everyone involved.

Holistic health products that are able to make claims of providing “miracle” results are generally not considered to be authentic products endorsed or even recognized by any authority of holistic health practices. Rather, while there have been case reports regarding “miraculous results” on an individual basis, the mind-body-spirit wellness community does not promote grand promises but instruction, focus, and of course, directives that help individuals enhance their mind-body-spirit connection. Very few products on the holistic health market today receive genuine endorsements or “approval” from these authorities. Those that do have not only been proven to deliver what they promise, but also meet a strict standard of what constitutes and actual holistic health product.

As the mind-body-spirit wellness and awareness movement grows and matures over the next few years, there is bound to be growth in numerous areas of product development. What has reached the market now can be considered to be some remarkable enhancements in the holistic health practice. In fact, there have been a few products which not only earn the endorsement of leading authorities, but actually are not expected to be able to be produced better than they are right now. This is a pretty bold statement considering that technology and education will never be static yet those few products out there that are being praised and sung by the leading authorities have literally taken the holistic health product market by storm.

Our society will most likely continue the never ending search for powerful new health remedies and holistic health products which enhance the mind-body-spirit wellness experience with great enthusiasm and vigor over the next ten years. After all, what is considered a relatively new phenomenon in this country has been considered to be tradition in other societies for centuries. There is a wealth of knowledge waiting for us to uncover as time goes by.

The mind-body-spirit wellness movement and the holistic health practices that are now finally being viewed as medical advancements will continue to offer our society a new way of looking at health, not to mention a vast assortment of new health treatments. This can only be considered to be good news for those who suffer from chronic conditions, serious health problems and illnesses, or the healthy who wish to remain that way.
